Join your colleagues for education, networking, and fun at the Sheraton Denver Tech Center. There are many changes affecting Colorado’s assisted living industry this year. The CALA Spring Conference promises to provide a great lineup of speakers and topics to prepare you for these changes.

Person Centered Tenant/Landlord Agreements

Aaron will cover all the points about Tenant/Landlord agreements for assisted living homes.  You will learn the ins and outs of the agreements so that they benefit you and your residents.

Management Track:
Crisis Management:  What to do when the Press shows up!
Speaker:  Carole Walker, Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association
You have had an incident at your assisted living home.  The press shows up on your doorsteop to do a story for the nightly news.  What do you do?  How do you manage the press coverage? This program will go over the steps you need to follow to do the damage control for the incident and manage the publicity to your benefit.

Understanding Rule Making:  "Seeing Sausage Being Made"
