    Morning Session:

9:00am - Keynote Address: Embracing Innovation in Assisted Living

    Speaker: Dayle Wickizer

Dayle Wickizer isn't just another executive; she's a pro at making things tick better — whether it's tech or teams. With a foot in the door of the tech world as a VP of IT Managed Services and the other in the heart of community care as a General Manager, she's got the know-how from the high-speed tech sector and the people-first approach of senior home care. This blend makes her a natural at understanding the ins and outs of AI and how it can serve real people in real communities.

Her knack for diving into data, spotting where things could run smoother, and setting up systems that actually work, makes her a go-to person for bringing AI into the picture in a way that’s practical and impactful. Plus, she's spent time shaping the minds of MBA students about innovative business and operations, which means she's got the teaching chops to break down AI into bite-sized, understandable pieces. Dayle’s about rolling up sleeves, getting into the details, and then zooming out to make sure all those tech advances really mean something for the folks who call assisted living community’s home.
