Looking for an opportunity to discuss current and projected issues related to workforce retention and recruitment?
As a leader in your senior living organization you are well aware how real the workforce supply shortage is - the scary part is there is no real "cure" out there. According to DOL statistics, 1.3 million new paid caregivers will be needed to meet demand in the next 10 years.
Wouldn't it be great if there was a simple fix?
Well, we all know it's not that easy but we can Converge to Change the World, and that is just what we're going to do on February 17. Solving the Workforce Supply Shortage is the first step toward finding the fix; this forum will provide a platform with a round table discussion to hear how your peers are solving challenges in their organizations. It will also be a spring board to future discussions and changing your world.
There will be two main sections to the Forum; an Education Session, featuring the topic of People Strategies, and a facilitated Leadership Strategy Session on building a better workforce strategy.
People Strategies:
What's the difference between hiring top talent and a warm body?
Some leaders actually believe it's luck. We disagree!
We believe INTENTION is the key to hiring top talent during the workforce shortage. During our time together, Kristi Terronez is going to talk about being intentional with your people strategy; from attraction to
on-boarding. She will introduce concepts like the Ideal Candidate Profile, Selling Your Experience vs. Position, Hiring Assessments, and Behavioral Interviewing.
