Understanding and Reducing the Ripple Effect of Secondary Emotional Trauma
When your staff is affected by the daily exposure of secondary emotional trauma in your company the ripple effect can be detrimental to the health of your employees and the care of your clients. This hands-on workshop and educational session will help train your management team in understanding secondhand emotional trauma and provide a vehicle for them to support staff and provide a healthy work environment and exceptional care for your clients.
This three hour training will give you the opportunity to learn about and participate in the following:
