Employment Policies: What's on the Horizon in 2012?

Presented by Ron Rex

Ron has been in business for 33 years. Ron’s vast experience includes  25 years in the Fortune 500 arena and 8 years as business owner of 3 privately-owned companies. Ron is also a full time professor of Management and Marketing at Colorado Christian University. On the personal side, Ron has been a resident of Colorado since 1994. He has been married for 40 years and has four children, all of whom reside in Colorado.

Event Summary

Ron will provide the CALA members an insight into a movement by various federal agencies to increase field audits on their businesses. Agencies like EEOC, DOL, EPA are prowling around with $224m in funding to do unannounced field audits. Ron’s company, Integra Confidential, is designed to act as an employer advocate and help them manage outcomes.

Objectives

  • to help attendees understand their operating risks and liabilities in the coming year
