CDPHE is making several changes that will directly impact your business. Chapter 2 is being rewritten to include that any bed size change must be approved by FGI even if there is no construction being done. This alone is a real struggle for any facility who needs to increase bed size for financial reasons.
There is a Board of Health Meeting scheduled to make a final ruling on Chapter 7 revisions. Some of the revisions do not support the Portability in Training as we had hoped.
