HB 1294 STAKEHOLDER FORUM AGENDA to discuss the rewriting and updating of Chapter 2,

You are invited to participate in the 1294 Stakeholder Forum, which is the Stakeholder process to revise Chapter 2 regulations.
This is important to attend as one of the drastic changes will be that all requests for a bed increase must be approved by FGI regardless if any construction to the facility was done or not. This will delay facilites for months trying to get approval to increase bed size, jumping through hoop after hoop.
If you are small provider of under 16 beds, this meeting is a MUST for you to attend.
