Dennis Gaschler, Senior Housing and Care of Colorado
Dennis Gaschler is the owner of Senior Housing and Care of Colorado, a senior living placement services company that assists families to find assisted living housing and care for their loved ones.
Established in 2010, Senior Housing and Care of Colorado, has placement contracts with most of the assisted living providers in the Front Range and Metro Denver Area. Since 2010 Dennis has personally placed over 200 seniors in assisted living in both small residential homes and large communities.
Dennis began his senior care profession in 2003 as a Marketing/Admissions Director for a large assisted living community in Englewood, Colorado. In his seven year tenure there he admitted over 400 residents. Dennis is a Colorado native who resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife, Mary.
Lori Reed, Lighthouse Assisted Living
Lori Reed is Manager of Marketing and Finance for Lighthouse Assisted Living, Inc. She holds a degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Lori has worked in the assisted living field for 3 ½ years. She is on the boards of two Coalitions; the East Coalition for the Aging and the Southwest Coalition for the Aging. In addition, she is active in several networking groups for marketing in the senior industry. Lori supports and participates in a number of non-profit organizations and has held numerous leadership positions within these organizations.
Michelle Clopton, Julia Temple Healthcare Center

With a background in healthcare that began in 1982, Michelle decided to use all of the knowledge she obtained throughout the years to provide consulting services in: healthcare marketing, managed care contracting, staff training, business development, reimbursement management, and alternative living placement services. As a healthcare professional for many years that includes a background in nursing, it has been her objective to provide resolutions to healthcare companies on a long-term or short-term basis. Michelle’s high work ethic and exceptional communication skills combined with her impeccable work ethic, highly-developed standards, prompt response times, and great attention to detail are key to the successes she has achieved for her clients.
